How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website at cravmo.com. Simply add your items to cart and proceed to checkout.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes. Customers may select self-pickup during checkout and collect their order from Cravmo Cafe.

How long does it take to prepare an order?

Most orders are prepared within 10–25 minutes, depending on order size and kitchen volume.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery may be available depending on your location and service coverage. Delivery options will appear during checkout if available.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be cancelled before preparation begins. Once the kitchen has started preparing your order, cancellations are not possible.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the perishable nature of food, items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered if:

• The wrong item was received

• Items were missing

• The order was significantly damaged
